I want to help you build a path to transformation

but first, let's get to know each other
Hi, I'm Emily!

I'm a learning designer, podcaster, and lover of anything with fuzzy paws (seriously, if you have a pet, please send me pictures!) I am dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs like you who are heart-centred and soul-fuelled, as you create transformative online programs for your people.

I am so grateful for the incredible clients that I get to work with every day, from life-changing business coaches, to bestselling authors, to six and seven figure mindset queens. Every single one of my amazing clients has something in common: they put their people at the heart of everything they do and are fiercely committed to leading them on a journey to transformation.

So what exactly do I do?

Well, I was once called an engineer of transformation which was amazingly flattering, but I like to think of what I do as Marie Kondo meets brainstorm bestie with a sprinkling of those juicy adult learning best practices (that I know inside and out so you don't have to). Using my signature framework, I tease out all those amazing ideas in your head and together we sort through them and put the pieces together in that exact perfect combination to build a path for your people to transformation.

I get it, there's a lot of noise out there

As soon as you start talking about creating an online program, whether it's a course, a group coaching program or something unique to you, does it seem like suddenly everything gets louder? There's so many resources, a ton of opinions and so. many. moving . pieces. What tech to use? How many modules? What's a fun activity?

And on top of all that, there's the unending cycle of thoughts in your head. The storm of #alltheideas, the paralysis of where the heck do I start, and of course, the classic is this just really dumb?

Here's the thing, I got my start in the corporate and academic world, where there are resources, theories, best practices and processes in place to answer all of those questions and thoughts. But when I tripped and faceplanted into the wonderful Narnia of online entrepreneurship, I saw that a lot of that great information was stuck in corporate jargon and those best practices were gathering dust under a theory textbook.

That's why I created my signature framework for designing learning, so that we can get you out of that storm, turn the volume down on the noise and start creating incredible online programs

my mission

Let's say goodbye to less-than-10% completion rates, to courses that collect desktop dust in the digital graveyard, to value based off of how many pages or hours of video. Let's create a movement where our people are at the heart of everything we create, where we start with where we want to take our students and then intentionally design a path to get them there.

Here's to choosing action more than content, grace over guilt and instead of  giving information, we empower transformation

I believe in...

radiant joy

I believe that our natural state is joy and that shouldn't stop when it comes to online programs. When we lean in to what brings us joy, that's where the magic happens.

Showing up as our authentic self is raw,  vulnerable, and often messy, but so is the path to transformation. As leaders, we empower others to celebrate their uniqueness when we know the way, show the way and go the way.

heart-centred teaching

Learning is so much more than information. When we put our learners at the heart of everything that we do, we are able to craft an experience that sets them up for lasting success.

life-long learning

I believe in continuously learning, growing and expanding. Learning is one way that we are able to show up for ourselves, and when we show up for ourselves, we are able to show up for our people that much more.
